Little Donald
a poem
Little Donald is a chancer,
A political necromancer.
Facts he does reject as fake
For a bizarre truth he does make.
Little Donald, man apart,
Big in kilos, small in heart;
Spirit puny, soul in doubt,
A brutal fantasist striking out.
Little Donald, much despised,
Pays no heed to gods’ advice;
trolls instead the halls of hate
His demons vast to satiate
Little Donald is no winner;
But, in truth, a dog’s dinner
Of a man, just chasing the heights
Of low-slung, atavistic delights.
